Divining the future is a misnomer in a way. The future is always in your hands. What you can do is to take a look at your present moment with the help of divining rituals like tarot readings to see if what you are producing in the present is consistent with what you would “cause” as your result for the future. Suggestions for preparing yourself for a good reading. This applies both to Dan or Jacqueline’s reading styles:
Seek help when you are in a sincere need of consulting assistance in prevalent issues that may occur in your daily life.
Be receptive; do not block what Source/Spirit is sending in. If you are consulting a medium and your mind is closed or blocked, you may not receive the full benefit of your consultation. The more relaxed you are the better the reading.
It would be a good idea to write out some of your questions before the session to let Spirit work on your concerns. They will usually answer your questions during your consultation. If they do not address them, the time may not be right for you to receive the answer, but you can ask the question at the end of the session if you wish.
Do not volunteer information to the medium, be friendly, acknowledge when the medium speaks to you. A consultation should be an exchange. After the reading you can discuss the information and how it affects your life. Sometimes the medium may have some suggestions that can help you in coping with the situations.
Before attending the session extend an invitation to your loved ones in spirit and your Spirit Guides to join you for your session. Remember they have work in the spirit world and may not choose to attend (loved ones and Guides have free will, just as we do, and will return to you out of love in their own time).
If you receive information that you do not understand or recognize hold on to this information for the future. Sometimes people, information or events presented to us are “translated” by the medium in a way that may not seem familiar, temporarily forgotten or have just not happened yet. So put the information “on the shelf” so to speak, for the future.
Every person who consults or does readings has their own style; therefore, it’s a good idea to seek a person with whom you seem to resonate. In other words look for someone you are attracted to or have a good feeling about.
Do not try to prolong the reading. Connections with Sprit last only for a certain time period and then the power dissipates. Each person works at different speeds and uses differing techniques.
The reading can take on an atmosphere of strictly spiritual counseling or may take just a flow of physical and material information; usually you will receive a combination. The medium can only project what is received for you.
Before sessions do not hesitate to confirm the price and length of the session. It is also a good idea to ask if you can record the session in advance.
