| The Moon Mother invites you to become part of a Lunar Coven throughout 2005! This is an invitation to all my friends and friends of my friends to journey with 13 sisters for an entire year. Our goal is to transmute the energies we carry to propel our dreams to manifest through our combined intentions! |

Our Lunar Coven will meet on the closest Sunday to each New Moon @ 12 for a luncheon and adventure! We will meet @ Casa de la Luna Madre, a historical home in San Clemente. We will commit to each other for the entire year of discovery through a bonding ritual that promises to reveal the sweetness that true sister-hood affords us in life. Our Lunar Coven will begin January 9th and convene December 30th with an evening party for all our family and friends to celebrate what we have accomplished! Each monthly coven meeting will have dues of $20 and will last approximately three hours, jam packed with fun and information! Through out the year we will not only learn what it is like to have “partners” to encourage us in our personal goals and desires, but we ourselves will become coaches for other people’s dreams. Whether your personal goals for 2005 include health and fitness, weight loss, relationship issues, spearheading new business possibilities, or creating World Peace, we will stand as a sister-hood together to make each one’s goals our own! We will contemplate together the beauty and the joy of being Womb-in (woman), our herstory in all our journeys and phases. We will reclaim the place in our own lives and our communities for the texture that wimmin weave for the planet. We will seek to understand the Archetypes of the differing Goddesses and how they relate to our experiences. We will use the “Wheel” of the year, celebrating the influences of the seasons and the energies available to us at the prescribed times. We will study the energies of the planets with their subtle and not to subtle effects on us. Using the information of the Astrological “Wheel” we will see how each womon’s strengths can be used to her utmost ability to accomplish her mission. We will learn how to dance with Mother Moon using a lunar “Wheel”calendar to put our attentions and intentions in the fore. Each moon will be named by us and with each moon we will come closer to our desires, overcoming together the things that have “stopped” us in the past! We will learn the divinatory technique of Tarot. Numerology and the Archetypes of this ancient system will astound you. The Lunar influence of the “cards” is truly amazing. We will learn some elementary spreads and how to integrate tarot into our lives for pleasure and deeper understanding. We will see how each card is related to planets, gems, herbs and more! We will venture through herbalism, including “daily drinking” teas, ointments, healthing and healing tinctures and magickal incenses. Healthing and Healing is the birthright of wimmin! This moon we will re-awaken the innate knowledge that is your rightful tool! We will become fragrantly proficient in aromatherapy. These powerhouses of olfactory delight will infuse each of us with emotional, spiritual and physical assistance. They are truly delightful. Once you make essential/etheric oils your own you will never go back to lab made fragrances! We will learn how to use these oils for a plethora of applications including reflexology. We will also delve into the subtle vibratory healers using Bach flower essences. Each of us will create our own magick potions corresponding to the energies we are choosing to move in 2005! Bach Flower Essences are powerful and yet incredibly subtle! From use with newborns to oldborns, plants and animals they are surly the neo-medicine, the healers of the future! With NO side-effects! We will become familiar with the use of gems and crystals for magick, healing, communication and influencing emotions. We will have the opportunity to see and “feel” their messages to us! We will learn to make “moon water” with gem essences to infuse our baths and water jugs! How to choose crystals, how to “plant” crystals, how to wear crystals and how to drink crystals! We will become enthusiastically Tantric with Yoga Asanas to build our minds and bodies! We will learn breathing techniques as well as powerful hand Mudras. Our Chakras will be open and active! We’ll become acquainted with these power centers, their symbols and their meanings for us. We will learn the joy of Ritual-Making and Altar building, thereby establishing a “sacred place” to carry in our hearts at all times. We will join together in celebration in a ritual circle to infuse and integrate R’tu in our private practices. We will examine the ritual tools and symbols of Neo-Paganism to see for ourselves how they and the rituals of many other devout peoples are really one in the same! We will make magick candles and learn about sigils! We will learn about Super Foods and how to include them in our “Supper-potions” infusing power into these fleshly temples of joy! Many differing philosophies of nutrition will be discussed as viable lifestyle choices of eating, with no judgments placed on the spectrum! We will also contemplate how using natural products can bring forth a healthy glow to your skin and save money and time. Creativity will infuse everything we do as we culminate our experience with a personal sculpture of our accomplishments together! We will be enthralled by the powerful image of beauty that we all express! We will truly be proud of ourselves!
