Precious Patchouli

If asked some may guess that this oil is my favorite.  It is one of the oils that I use every day, but after all it is only one of them!  Patchouli has a way of overpowering anything it comes into contact with.  It is a powerhouse.  My Loverboy says that Patchouli smells like “pussy” and he loves pussy.   In India Patchouli is said to be the “scent of woman”, whereas Sandalwood is the “scent of man” (specifically a man’s armpit).  Patchouli is well known and prized for its aphrodisiac  qualities.  Her planet is Mother Earth and she will help you determine your connection with your 2nd chakra within seconds of the wafting fragrance!  It’s a sensual oil right down to its thick bronzey  sheen.  Patchouli is a fermented essential oil, therefore she does not evaporate well.  You only need one application a day, whereas with many other essential oils you must use them in doses throughout the day.   I’ve been wearing Patchouli for almost 10 years now.  I can attest to the fact that folk have “opinions” about Patchouli, very strong ones.  There seems to be no in-between  with this oil.  People either love it or hate it, period.
Oh, and animals love patchouli, especially males.
